The Year in Summary

What a Difference a Year Makes!

Expansion

2018 has been a very long and busy year for us here at Greenheat UK, heading into our 10 year anniversary. The year has been one of growth across the entire business. We have taken on additional staff, extra vehicles and upgraded tools across the board to better enable both our Boiler and System engineers to complete the repairs, services and upgrades with more ease. We completed our first ever test case study with Testo and hope to continue this collaboration into the new year as new products are rteleased and passed to us to provide feedback on.

County Shows

This year saw us exhibit at three county shows; Surrey County Show, South of England County Show and Royal Berkshire County Show. We did so in a branded tent displaying interior panels sponsored by our key partners within our day to day operations including, Keston, Ideal Commercial, Fernox, Flamco, Spirotech, Joule UK and Deltadore. We met thousands of people across the three venues and were able to showcase the latest Keston and Idfeal Commerical boilers along with demonstrations of magnetic water filtration capabilities.

Partnerships

We became an offical Calor Installer to further our efforts to aid those without a mains gas connection. Joining their Installer Community now enables us to take you through tghe entire process of your LPG installation, whether that is on a brand new installation or for an oil replacement. With the range of boilers we install all being capable of LPG conversion this was a move we made to help our customers recieve a more stereamlined service and we believe that in Calor we have the perfect partner, especially with their offering of an environmentally sustainable BioLPG fuel.

Technology

This past year saw the revamp of our website and the introduction of Whatsapp reporting through a dedicated number (07831365686) to enable our customers to capture images, video and audio of the unknown boiler / system issues and report them straight to our office based technical support staff. This has saved many customers the need for an engineer visit, saving them both the money and the hassle of having to make themselves available to an engineer, and also aid us in being able to provide quick diagnosis and accurate quotations.

Our Anniversary Year

2019 is our 10th anniversary year trading as Greenheat UK and as the Home of Keston Boilers. In honour of this we have rebranded many aspects of our buisness and the website will continue to evolve. All of our staff are now adourned in brand new uniform and the new vehicles coming this year will see some exciting, bold styling. We will continue to push our social media and digital channels to promote and educate

This coming year will continue to see further expansion, with further staff recruitment being advertised and aan apprentice vacancy to expand the team further. We will be returning to the County show grounds with a brand new exhibit tent with a mixture of new and old sponsors. We are taking new product lines such as IMI Hydronic Engineering and further expanding our work with industry leaders such as Grundfos, Fernox and Honeywell.

We will be launching shortly a brand new business venture for us. We will in the new year begin distributing a select range of technically innovative and interesting plumbing and heating components under the trading name of Kudu. Soon you will be able to browse our selected range of products online at www.mykudu.net

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous and Happy New Year.
