I love to hear your views on the services we provide. It really pleases me when I receive emails such as this one below:

We experienced a number of  problems with our old boiler over the last three years, and used various different service companies to fix the boiler. Every time we felt that we were overcharged and cheated!

They responded quickly and truly focused on solving the problem rather than creating new ones (as we had experienced before). They charge very reasonably, have excellent customers care, and in some cases they even help to fix problems over the phone, a service they offer free of charge!
