Fantastic Feedback received last month

We at Greenheat UK love to receive your feedback, whether it reaches us in person, via the phone, or posted straight to Google, through our internal Contact Us page or onto our Facebook page

Hearing back from our customers helps us to improve our service, and provides us here behind the scenes vital information to enable us to recognise and reward the excellent work being undertaken by our staff.

Here are some of the amazing feedback messages that have been sent in this past week:

“Thanks for all the work that Michael has done over the last couple of days, it’s been a pleasure to have him in the house!” – Elizabeth, NW1

“Accolades to Philip for his efficient diagnosis (unlike mine which was totally wrong!) and cure of my heating problems.” – Clive, SW15

“I was very happy with Mick. I found him to be very kind, helpful, polite and left no mess.” – Mrs Lester, NW7.

However our favourite message of the month was sent in by Dr S.A in SW1X:

“I am sending you this note in order to express my total satisfaction with the services that I have received from two of your colleagues: Mandy as the main reference point has always been prompt, supportive and helpful. James is a very well mannered individual and a confident technician who has always been very impressive.
